Maia Roman Spa Policies:
Cancellations:
Cancellations require 24-hour advance notification.
If notification is not received in a timely manner, a
cancellation fee will be charged.
Spa Courtesy:
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in
consideration of all of our guests, and in order to maintain a
quiet and serene environment, cell phone use, pagers and other
electronic devices are not permitted beyond our spa reception
area.
Returns:
All gift card sales are final. However, unused products
returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund.
A Spa credit will be issued for unused products returned
within 7 days without a receipt.
Children:
As a courtesy to our adult guests, children under the age
of 16 are not permitted in the spa. We offer special teen days to
accommodate children from 13-16. Please call the Spa for
details.
Pricing:
All prices and services are subject to change
without notice.
Lost or Stolen Items:
For your protection, we cannot be responsible for loss or
damage to personal articles. We do provide individual lockers
with locks, but do request that you leave all jewelry &
valuables at home.
Gift Cards:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. For
your safety, gift cards are non-transferrable and are only valid
for the person whose name appears on the card, or who is
registered in our gift card system. Gift cards cannot be used
towards gratuities and they are not redeemable or returnable
for any cash value.
